Our software system, developed over the past decade, will handle plain text and HTML e-mails. HTML mailings are sent as multi-part mailings and include a plain text version of each message or newsletter you send. This means everyone, regardless of their email client settings, can receive and read properly formatted e-mails sent from our system.

All Autoresponder e-mails can be personalized with over 100 personalization tags. Unsubscribe links are automatically inserted into all outgoing messages.

Our mailing system also supports complete demographic and custom questions for your subscriber forms that are easily generated within your personal control panel. You can then send targeted marketing messages based upon the answers given. We also includes link tracking (which enables you to see how many clicks you receive on each of the links you decide to  include in your outgoing messages)and a built in reminder service (so you’ll never forget an important date!).
